The units are available on ‘easy-in, easy-out’ flexible, inclusive terms on a simple licence agreement. Occupiers will be responsible for their own utility bills, broadband and communication costs. Licence fees are available upon application and successful applicants will be required to provide a deposit.

The landlord will take care of all the building management and maintenance issues allowing you to concentrate on your business. These services will include: full maintenance of the buildings, services, drainage, landscaping, car parks, servicing of the fire alarms and lift, and waste removal, cleaning and lighting of the common parts, exterior window cleaning, paying the rates for the common parts and insuring the buildings.
