As one of only 24 Enterprise Zones nationally the Hereford Enterprise Zone is a project that comes with a high degree of expectation and profile, attributes that are passed onto the dedicated executive team working to deliver the Zone.
The Enterprise Zone is moving swiftly into implementation phase with a number of live enquiries and plot sales in negotiation. These will generate new job opportunities, accelerated plot sales, an increased capital value, and increase the economic opportunities within Hereford.
We are looking for a motivated individual with the skills from a construction, physical regeneration or infrastructure background to manage a number of land, property, and redevelopment sub projects within the Zone portfolio. Using your regeneration experience you will work closely with the Enterprise Zone Managing Director and Board in the implementation of these projects and will build relationships with partners and colleagues from the Council, as well as private sector developers, agents, utility companies, and construction & property professionals.
The post is permanent and based in Hereford.
Salary: £22,443 – £26,539 per annum.
